“The Unfinished Business of the Fifth Enlargement Countries” analyzes the problems faced by the ten new member states after their accession to the EU in eleven policy areas including political development, the economy, the healthcare system and education.
The project has been implemented through research and analysis, conducted by national experts in each of the ten countries according to a specially designed methodology. Ten country reports have been developed for each of the following new member states: Bulgaria, the Check Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
